Password Reset For Our Website:
- Go to our website: solver.com
- Click "Login" in the top right, above the blue ribbon. Then click "Forgot?" above the password box.
- Enter your registered email address, then click "E-mail new password".
- If your email is registered with us, you will receive an email with a temporary login link. Clicking the link will bring you to a page where you can reset your password.
Tip: If you don't see an email from us after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Note: Resetting your password on our website will not reset it for within the add-in in Excel. You will need to complete the steps below.
Password Reset For Within the Analytic Solver in Excel:
- In Excel, click the "Analytic Solver" tab in your Excel Ribbon. Go to "License" and click "Login/Logout".
- In the login pop-up, click "Forgot?" under the password box.
- Enter your registered email address and click "Request Password Reset".
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
