If you receive the following error message that you do not have the required cookies please try the steps that follow:
ON MAC
In the browser you are using please turn on third party cookies. Below are steps for turning on cookies in Safari, the default browser on Mac:- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy in the top panel.
- Under ‘Block cookies’ select the option ‘Never.’
- Turn off the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” option in browser settings.
- Close and Reopen Excel
ON WINDOWS
- Click the windows start button
- Search Internet Options
- Go to the security tab
- Under the internet section make sure we are set to medium-high
- Next click the privacy tab
- Click the advanced button
- Make sure first and third party are accepted
- Close and Reopen Excel
